Donations, deductibility, and refunds

Un Deseo Más is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS in the United States. EIN #82-2743807. Donations may be fully or partially tax deductible depending on your tax situation. Please consult your tax advisor.

Because donations fund urgent, immediate-impact aid, we do not offer refunds. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless expressly stated.

Monthly donations

To cancel or change a monthly donation, email contacto@undeseomas.org. You may also use the payment provider's donor portal when available.

Privacy

We may collect information you share directly with us, such as name, email, phone number, messages, donation details, and communication preferences. We use this information to process donations, respond to requests, send organization-related communications, and maintain administrative records.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information. We may share information with carefully selected service providers when needed to operate the site, process payments, send communications, protect service security, or comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and measurement

The site may use cookies, technical logs, measurement pixels, and similar tools to remember preferences, understand site usage, improve the experience, measure results, and protect the site from abuse. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings.

When you visit the site, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are activated for acquisition and attribution, Meta for advertising measurement, Microsoft Clarity for recordings and heatmaps, and Supabase for our private session analytics. We record anonymous identifiers, pages without parameters, source and campaign, device, active time, scroll, viewed sections, widget steps, errors, and performance. We do not send names, emails, messages, banking information, or values entered in forms to these tools.

We retain behavioral detail for up to 90 days and aggregates for up to 24 months. Clarity recordings are subject to Microsoft's retention. We use this data to detect failures, understand abandonment, improve the experience, and measure campaigns; exit reasons are inferences, not certainties.

Terms of use

By using this site, you agree that published information is for informational, fundraising, and communication purposes. Content may include links to third-party sites, such as payment providers, social networks, or transparency resources. We do not control those external sites' privacy practices or content.

We may update these policies when necessary. Continued use of the site after published changes means acceptance of the current version.
